- Download the emoji pack and unzip it.
- In Slack on desktop, open the emoji picker in the message field, then choose Add Emoji.
- Choose Upload Image, select one 128 px PNG, enter its matching name (for example,
grug-coffee), and save. Repeat for the other emojis.
If Add Emoji is unavailable, ask your workspace owner or admin about emoji permissions. These are individual custom uploads, not a one-click Slack app. Slack’s upload instructions ↗
